Inspired by the iconic Malaysian Rendang, we have slowly braised pork shoulder with lemongrass, lime leaves, cinnamon and coconut. The result is tender shredded pork, green beans, and potato in a uniquely spiced, decadent sauce that’ll melt in your mouth.
